Steps to configure Titan for the following apps:
To configure Titan on an email client/app not listed above, use the below settings:
Configure using IMAP
Email address : Your Titan address eg: jack@<domainName>
Password : Your Titan password
Username (if asked) : Your Titan address eg: jack@<domainName>
Incoming server: imap.titan.email Encryption method: SSL/TLS |
Outgoing server: smtp.titan.email Encryption method: SSL/TLS |
Configure using POP
Email address : Your Titan address eg: jack@<domainName>
Password : Your Titan password
Username (if asked) : Your Titan address eg: jack@<domainName>
Incoming server: pop.titan.email Encryption method: SSL/TLS |
Outgoing server: smtp.titan.email Encryption method: SSL/TLS |
alert-success | When email account is configured using POP server, the emails are fetched from the server into the third party client. Hence, the emails will be only visible on the third party client and not the Titan webmail or Titan App |
