Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a layer of security to your account and helps ensure only you have access to your Titan email account. Learn how to log in using 2FA.
How to log in using 2FA
There are 2 ways to log in using 2FA. To use 2FA on Android and iOS, please update your app to the latest version.

Authenticator App
2. Enter the code from the authenticator app where you had configured 2FA. Recovery Codes 1. In case your authenticator app isn’t handy, you can use the recovery codes, which you had saved or emailed to yourself, to log into your account.
2. On the login page, enter your email address and password, and click on “Login.”
3. Scroll down and click on “Use recovery code instead.” 4. Enter any one of the recovery codes generated during the setup of 2FA. |

Disable Two-Factor Authentication
If you have lost access to your authenticator app or recovery codes, you can contact your admin and ask them to disable 2FA for your account.
Please note that 2FA can be disabled only by the account admin.
Disabling Two-Factor Authentication
- Log into the email control panel using the admin credentials.

- Click on the ellipsis icon next to the email account for which you wish to disable 2FA and click on “Disable Two-Factor Authentication.”
