This article shows you how to connect your Titan email account to Outlook using IMAP or
POP. Once set up, you'll be able to send and receive your Titan email directly from Outlook.
Before you start
- Third-party email access must be enabled on your Titan account. Learn how to enable it.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) must be turned off. Titan blocks third-party apps from connecting while 2FA is enabled. See how to turn off 2FA.
- If your Titan email is through Blacknight, MonoVM,DomainDiscount24, Fluccs, or Domain Central, please refer this article instead.
- Contact GoDaddy Support if you're a GoDaddy user.
- Choose IMAP or POP. With IMAP, your emails stay on the Titan server and stay in sync across all your devices and Titan webmail. With POP, emails are downloaded to this device only and won't appear in Titan webmail or the Titan app. Most people should use IMAP.
