IMAP lets you add your Titan email account to the built-in Mail app on your iPhone or iPad, so your inbox, sent items, and folders stay in sync across all your devices. This article is for anyone who wants to use Apple's Mail app instead of the Titan app. By the end, you'll be able to send and receive Titan email directly from your iPhone or iPad.
Prefer the Titan app instead? Install it from the App Store and skip the rest of this article.

| alert-warning | iOS may show the Outgoing Mail Server Username and Password fields as Optional. Fill them in anyway — leaving them blank stops you from sending email, even though you can still receive it. |
Save your account
- If a Notes toggle appears, switch it off unless you also want Titan notes to sync to this device.
- Tap Save.
What success looks like
You'll return to the Accounts screen and see your Titan account listed under Mail. Open the Mail app and switch to your Titan inbox — your existing emails will appear there. To confirm sending works too, send yourself a test email and check that it arrives.
Troubleshooting
Problem: You can receive email, but nothing you send goes through.
Cause: The Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) settings are incorrect, or the Username and Password fields were left blank.
Fix: Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts, tap your Titan account, then tap SMTP. Check that Authentication is set to Password, SSL is On, and Port is 465. Make sure Username and Password are both filled in with your full email address and password.
Problem: Your Titan email is hosted through a partner (GoDaddy, Blacknight, MonoVM, DomainDiscount24, Fluccs, or Domain Central), and these steps don't match what you see on your device.
Cause: These providers host Titan mailboxes differently, so they use their own setup steps.
Fix: Follow the GoDaddy setup guide or the EU-hosted setup guide instead, depending on your provider.
Problem: Setup fails, or Mail keeps asking you to re-enter your username and password.
Cause: Two-factor authentication is turned on for your Titan account or third party access is not enabled, which blocks third-party apps like Mail from connecting.
Fix: Turn off two-factor authentication, confirm that third-party email access is enabled, then add the account again.
