Required Action
Please ensure that all your systems, applications, and email clients are updated to use TLS 1.2 or higher before the decommission date to avoid service disruptions.
Use Webmail: For immediate access, use our webmail interface which supports modern TLS versions by default.
Upgrade Clients: Update your email software to a version that supports TLS 1.2 or higher.

Update Operating Systems: Ensure your OS supports modern TLS versions. Older OSs (e.g., Windows XP, macOS pre-10.10) may block TLS 1.2 even if your client supports it.

Most users will not be affected:
Our SSL traffic analysis shows <0.00XX no of users were using <=TLSv1.1 versions
Modern web browsers and email clients already use TLS 1.2 or higher
Webmail is fully compatible with TLS 1.2 and 1.3
However, some older email clients may fail to connect after this change
Commonly impacted clients (as per public documentation):
Apple Mail on macOS versions prior to 10.10 (Yosemite)
Microsoft Outlook versions prior to Outlook 2016
Mozilla Thunderbird versions prior to 31.3.0
