Troubleshooting
Problem: Gmail shows an error connecting to the incoming or outgoing server.
Cause: This usually means third-party access isn't enabled on your Titan account, or two-factor authentication is blocking the connection.
Fix: Confirm third-party access is enabled and two-factor authentication is off, then try adding the account again.
