The Titan Free Plan gives you access to core email features, but some advanced tools are only available on paid plans. This article lists every feature that isn't included in the Free Plan, with a short description of what it does and a link to detailed setup steps. Use it to see what you'll unlock if you upgrade.

Contact Groups
Contact Groups let you email multiple people at once — a project team, a committee, or your colleagues — without adding each name to the To, Cc, or Bcc field individually.

Send as Alias
An alias is a secondary email address that delivers incoming mail to your primary mailbox. You can create up to 10 email aliases on your account, and the Send as Alias option in Preferences lets you choose which alias address to send from when composing a new email.

HTML in Composer
HTML in Composer gives you more formatting options when writing an email, such as custom fonts, colors, and layout elements.

Email Tracking (Read Receipts)
Email Tracking notifies you in real time when a recipient opens an email you sent. This is useful for following up on a proposal or an important message to a colleague.

Smart Write AI
Smart Write, powered by Titan AI, helps you draft emails by analyzing context and tone and suggesting improvements. It works when composing a new email or replying to one. You can enter a prompt, choose a tone (Professional, Casual, or Friendly), select a length, and write in multiple languages.

Email Campaigns
Email Campaigns let you send bulk emails from Webmail while keeping each message personalized. You can upload a recipient list as a CSV file, add placeholders to personalize each email, schedule a send time, and track opens, clicks, and responses after the campaign goes out.

Email Templates
Email Templates let you save a pre-written message and reuse it, so you can send a complete response in seconds instead of typing it each time. You can create, edit, and delete templates from your email account.

Follow-up Reminders
Follow-up Reminders let you add a reminder to an email you've sent, so Titan notifies you later if you haven't heard back. This helps you keep track of important messages that need a response.

Undo Send
Undo Send lets you retract an email for up to 2 minutes after sending it, so you can fix a typo or add a missing attachment before it reaches the recipient. Once you send an email, an Undo Send notification appears on your screen for the time you've set. This works from both Webmail and the mobile app.

Titan Bookings
Titan Bookings lets you create a booking page where clients can view your availability and schedule an appointment or service. You can add multiple services, set your availability to avoid double bookings, and add your logo and a description of your business to the page before sharing the booking link.

Signature Designer
Signature Designer lets you create a business email signature and set up multiple signatures for different purposes or accounts.

Grammar and Spell Check
Grammar and Spell Check reviews your emails for grammar and spelling errors as you write, helping you send clear, professional messages.

Blocklist/Allowlist
Blocklist and Allowlist help you manage which emails reach your inbox. Adding an address or domain to your Blocklist sends any email from it straight to Trash. Adding one to your Allowlist ensures its emails always reach your Inbox and are never marked as spam.

Conditional Forwarding
Conditional Forwarding automatically forwards an incoming email to another address when it matches conditions you set, such as the sender's address, the recipient, keywords in the subject line, or the presence of an attachment.

Two-Factor Authentication
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security to your account. Along with your password, you'll need a verification code from an authenticator app to log in, so your account stays protected even if someone else knows your password.

External Email Forwarding
External Email Forwarding sends a copy of your incoming email to a different email address — for example, a personal account you check more often, or a single client where you want to read mail from all your accounts. Free Plan accounts can set up 1 forwarder; paid plans allow up to 3.

Priority Inbox
Priority Inbox separates your most important emails from the rest of your inbox, so you can focus on the messages that matter most first.

Turbo Search returns faster, more accurate results when you search your inbox, even if you have a large volume of email to search through.
