Use Contact Groups to email multiple people — a project team, a committee, or your colleagues, without having to add each name to the To, Cc, or Bcc line one by one.

How to create a new Contact Group
- In your webmail, click "compose".
- On the compose screen, click Contact Groups > Create a new Contact Group.
- This will open the Contacts app, and prompt you to create a Contact Group.
- Name your Contact Group and add the email address of the desired recipients to the group. (You can even add any email addresses in the Contact Group which aren’t present in your TitanContacts app).
- Once the contacts are added, click on "Create."
And that’s it! Your new Contact Group is ready.

How to manage an existing Contact Group
- In your webmail, click “Compose.”
- On the Compose screen, click Contact Groups > Manage Contact Group.
- This will open the Contacts app, where you can see the existing Contact Groups.
- Hover your cursor over the Contact Group you want to make changes to, and click on the pen icon.
- Edit the Contact Group (you can edit the Contact Group name or add/delete/edit email addresses).
- Once you have made the changes, click on "Save".

Using a Contact Group.
- In your webmail, click “Compose.”
- Click on “Contact Groups” to see your list of existing Contact Groups.
- Select the preferred Contact Group to email all the added recipients simultaneously.
- You can even type the Contact Group name in the recipient field (To,Cc,Bcc).
With this, all the members in the specific Contact Group will get populated in the recipient field.
