Titan helps you track when your emails are opened. If you send an email about a proposal to a prospective client or an important email to your colleague, you will get a real-time notification when your email is opened. This article will help you understand this feature better.
Enable/Disable Email tracking
Email tracking is enabled by default for all emails you send. You can turn it on/off via Preferences as shown below.
Another alternative is when you compose an email, the 'eye' icon can be toggled to disable/enable open tracking.
Check Email tracking notifications
You can check all the email tracking notifications by clicking on the eye icon at the top-right corner to know about read receipts.
Alternatively, you can check if and when an email was read individually for each email as shown below.
