Titan’s Email Campaigns can help maximize your reach with professional-looking personalized emails to multiple recipients at once. Each recipient will receive a separate copy of the email, and your mailing list stays with you. You’ll be notified when a user opens your campaign, with Read Receipts.
You can use Email Campaigns to share updates, future plans, newsletters, surveys, and other important announcements with your audience.
Here’s how you can go about setting up a campaign:

- Log into Titan Webmail
- Click on the Compose button (you can also hit the C key on your keyboard to open the Compose window)
- Click on the Campaigns button next to the Send button at the bottom of the Compose window. The compose window will now shift to the campaign mode
- Enter recipients’ email addresses or a contact group name, and subject line. You can add the content using HTML in Composer to add a professionally-made template. Hit Send.
- You can view your sent campaign in the Sent folder. It carries a banner that says “This thread was sent through the Email Campaigns”.
- While sending the campaign, you can choose to save the email template to use it in future. Click on the checkbox that says "Save this campaign in templates for future use." You can access this template from under My Templates in the Templates tab in the compose window.
- Track who all opened your email with Read Receipts.
When a recipient responds to your email campaign, it’ll appear in a new thread.

Before sending out emails through Email Campaigns, make sure that the MX, SPF, and Custom DKIM records are added for your domain. If any of these records are not set up you will not be able to send emails |
Personalize your campaign using mail merge:

- While composing a campaign email, you can use Mail Merge to personalize the email for your recipients using the first name, last name, and email address tags. These tags will automatically get populated as per the contact details saved in Titan Contacts when the email is sent.
- In case the first name and last name are not available for a recipient, you can assign default values for these. For example, by setting the default value for First-name as “friend”, "Hi {First-name}" will show up as "Hi friend" if the first name for a contact is not available.
- If the default values are not added for mail merge tags, then nothing will get populated. "Hi {First-name}" will show up as "Hi".
Unsubscribe Link:

- Email recipients have an option to unsubscribe from your emails should they want to not receive any further emails from you. Many countries require you to provide a way to unsubscribe. To minimize unsubscription, you can follow these guidelines.
- While sending emails using Email Campaigns, a unique unsubscription link gets added to the bottom of your email from where recipients can unsubscribe or re-subscribe. You will receive an email notification whenever a recipient unsubscribes or resubscribes to your emails.
