Use Smart Write powered by Titan AI to send emails

Writing effective and engaging emails is essential in today's fast-paced business environment. Smart Write powered by Titan AI can assist you in crafting well-written and appropriate emails to enhance your professional communication. When drafting an email, it analyses the context and tone to offer suggestions for improvement, making your emails more compelling and engaging.

You can rely on Smart Write powered by Titan AI to save you time, eliminate errors, and ensure that your emails are professional and engaging by simply entering your input.

There are two ways in which you can make use of this feature to send emails.

• While composing a new email
• While replying to an email

While composing a new email

Smart Write powered by Titan AI helps you to compose a new email by entering a prompt which helps compose an email based on the context in the prompt.

• Click on the Compose Icon or use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + S(or Cmd + Shift + S on Mac)
• Click on Smart Write
• Enter the prompt based on your emailing needs
• You may choose a tone between Professional, Casual and Friendly  
• Choose the length for your prompt
• Click on Generate
• Once done, click on Insert

This will generate a smart email for you. If you are looking for a different variation of the email, worry not, you can click on “Give me another option” for the same prompt for a maximum of two times. If you still do not get the expected result, you may edit the prompt and generate a smart email again.

While replying to an email

You can reply to a received email based on the context of the email and the prompt entered by you. You can use our Smart Reply feature in two ways i.e. by clicking on Reply with Smart Write at the bottom of the email or by clicking on More Options.

• Click on Reply with Smart Write or use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + E(or Cmd + Shift + E on Mac)
• By default the previous email text auto-fills in the Email Context section. You can edit or add more content to the original email text.
• Enter the prompt for Reply
• You may choose a tone between Professional, Casual and Friendly  
• Choose the length for your prompt
• Click on Generate
• Once done, click on Insert

Language selection for Smart Write

Smart Write powered by Titan AI includes the ability to select the language for composing and replying to emails. This feature enhances user flexibility and accommodates diverse language preferences. 

You can simply click on the drop-down option under choose a language and select a language of your choice.

Titan supports a variety of languages, allowing you to communicate effectively in your preferred language without manual translation. This not only simplifies communication across languages but also ensures that the AI-generated responses maintain accuracy and natural language flow.

Data and Privacy

We understand the importance of maintaining the confidentiality and security of our users' data and their privacy. Titan AI uses Open Al's ChatGPT API, subject to OpenAl's terms of use. Open Al does not have access to any other content in your mailbox. OpenAl can only access the prompts and email content you explicitly share with it. OpenAl does not use this data to train models, and does not retain it for more than 30 days
