How do I cancel my email order?
Write to us at support@titan.email from your order's Admin email address and tell us why you wish to cancel your Titan services. Our support heroes will get in touch shortly.
Is there a money-back policy?
There sure is! Raise a request to cancel your Titan services within 30 days of order creation, for any reason, and we’ll process a full refund for you.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
We initiate refunds as quickly as humanly possible, but it usually takes 3-5 business days for the full refund amount to show up in your account.
What happens once my order is deleted?
Once your Titan email order is deleted, you cannot access any mailbox associated with it. All your email data is deleted and you lose access to the Email Control panel, too.
