Priority Inbox automatically sorts your important emails into a separate tab, so you don't have to dig through a busy inbox to find them. It's built for anyone who gets a high volume of email and wants the most relevant messages to stand out. Once it's set up, your inbox is split into two tabs — Priority and Other — so you can check what matters first.

What is "Priority Inbox"?
Priority Inbox is one of two tabs in your inbox — the other is Other Inbox. Titan looks at the emails you open, the people you email most often, and keywords in each message to decide which emails are important, then sorts those into your Priority Inbox. This is especially useful if you get a high volume of email and want the most critical messages to stand out.
What You Can Do
- Turn Priority Inbox on or off
- Mark specific email addresses or domains as always Priority
- Move an email between Other Inbox and Priority Inbox
How to Turn Priority Inbox On or Off
- In the top right corner of your Titan client, click the gear icon for Settings.
- Click Preferences.
- Click Priority Inbox.
- Use the toggle to turn Priority Inbox on or off.
You'll see two tabs appear above your inbox: Priority and Other. Turning the toggle off removes these tabs and returns you to a single inbox.
How to mark email addresses and domains as Priority Inbox?
If you want messages from specific people or companies to always land in your Priority Inbox, you can add them manually.
- In the top right corner of your Titan client, click the gear icon for Settings.
- Click Preferences.
- Click Priority Inbox.
- Enter the email address or domain you want to mark as priority.
Any new message from that address or domain will now go straight to your Priority Inbox.
What is “Other Inbox”?
The rest of your emails — such as promotions, offers, newsletters, and other less critical messages, as identified by Titan — go into the Other Inbox.
| alert-success | Emails only move automatically based on Titan's detection or the priority senders you've added. You can also move individual emails yourself at any time — see below. |

Once Priority Inbox is set up, your inbox shows two tabs: Priority, with your most important messages, and Other, with everything else. Any senders you've marked as priority, and any emails you've manually moved, will consistently land in the tab you chose.
Troubleshooting
Problem: I don't see the Priority and Other tabs in my inbox.
Cause: Priority Inbox is turned off.
Fix: Go to Settings > Preferences > Priority Inbox and turn the toggle on.
Problem: Emails from a sender I moved keep going back to the wrong inbox.
Cause: You moved a single email without selecting the checkbox to apply the rule to the whole domain.
Fix: Move the email again and select the checkbox to apply this action to all emails from the same domain — this makes the change apply to future messages too.
