Priority Inbox sorts your email by separating important emails from everything else in your inbox. It also determines what’s important based on the messages you open, the people you frequently are in touch with, and the keywords in the messages. Priority Inbox is especially helpful if you are overwhelmed with emails and thus we have it right here for you.
How to set up a Priority Inbox on your Titan Email?
You can set up a priority inbox by simply following the steps mentioned below:
- Log in to your email box with your credentials on the Titan web app from here: app.titan.email
- Click on the settings gear present in the top right corner
- Post that, a drop-down box shall appear, click on Preferences.
- After which a pop-up box will appear, here please click on the "Priority Inbox" section present on the left panel.
- Having done that, now you will have the option to enable the Priority Inbox.
- Here you can also choose to add priority email addresses and domains to make sure all new messages from the mentioned email addresses and domains appear in the Priority Inbox.

How to add email addresses and domains to the Priority Inbox?
You can add the email addresses and domains to the Priority Inbox by following the steps mentioned below:
- Under the Priority Inbox section, you can enter priority email addresses and domains to make sure all new messages from the mentioned email addresses and domains appear in the Priority Inbox.

How to move an email from Other Inbox to the Priority Inbox?
You can move an email from the Other Inbox to the Priority Inbox by following the steps mentioned below:
- Open the email present in the Other Inbox.
- You can simply hover over the email and it shall prompt the feature to Move to Priority Inbox.
- Alternatively, you can also choose to open the email and on top of the email, you shall be able to see features available, here in the right corner you shall see "... "
- Click on it, and you shall get a drop-down, from which click on "Move to Priority Inbox".
