This article shows you how to allow other email apps — like Outlook, Gmail, or Thunderbird — to access your Titan email account. This is a required first step before you can set up Titan on any third-party app. Once enabled, you'll be able to follow one of our app-specific setup guides to finish connecting your email.
Steps to enable Titan on other apps
- Go to Titan Webmail and sign in with your Titan email address and password.
-
Click the Settings icon in the top right corner.

In the Settings menu, click Enable Titan on Other Apps. This opens a short feature tour explaining what changes once third-party access is turned on.
[If you do not find the Enable Titan on Other Apps option and see the Configure 3rd party apps option instead, it means that the third party access is already enabled for your account.]image-shadow -
After reviewing the feature tour, click the Enable Titan on Other Apps button again to confirm and grant permission.

Fix: No action needed — go to the Configure Titan on other apps using IMAP/POP guide to finish setting up your email app.
Problem: Nothing happens after clicking Enable Titan on Other Apps.
Cause: This is usually a temporary page issue rather than a setting problem.
Fix: Refresh the page and try again. If the option still doesn't respond, contact support using the link below.
