Set Up Drive Branding in Titan Drive

Titan Drive Branding is a one-time setup that lets you customize the appearance of Share and Transfer recipient pages with your company branding. You can add your company logo, company name, background color, and links to create a more professional and consistent sharing experience across Titan Drive.

This guide explains what Drive Branding controls, how to configure it, and how branding appears on recipient pages.

What branding controls

Drive Branding customizes the recipient landing pages used for Share and Transfer links. You can personalize these pages with your logo, company name, background color, and website or social links.

Branding appears on recipient pages when files or folders are shared using:

• Share links
• Transfer links

What appears when branding is not set up

If branding is not configured, recipient pages display only:

• Shared by
• File or folder size

How “Shared by” is selected

The “Shared by” value is selected in the following order:

1. Sender’s display name
2. Sender’s email address if a display name is unavailable

Open Branding Settings

To access Drive Branding settings:

1. Open Titan Drive.
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Select Branding.

The Branding settings page will open.

Add a Logo or Profile Picture

You can upload a logo or profile image to appear on recipient pages.

1. Open Branding settings.
2. Click Upload Logo or Upload Image.
3. Select an image from your device.
4. Adjust the image using the editor.
5. Save the changes.

Supported formats include:

• PNG
• JPG
• JPEG

Maximum file size is 2 MB

If unsupported files are uploaded, the upload may fail.

Set company name and background color

You can display your company or organization name on shared pages.

1. Open Branding settings.
2. Enter the company name.
3. Save the changes.

The company name will appear alongside your branding elements.

Company names can contain up to 40 characters.

Change Background Color

1. Enter your company or organization name.
2. Choose a preset or custom background color.
3. Review the live preview.
4. Click Save.

Note : Company names support up to 40 characters. 

Add Website and Social Links

1. Navigate to the links section in Branding settings.
2. Add website, social, or custom links.
3. Edit or delete links whenever needed.
4. Click Save to apply the updates.

Note : You can add up to 5 links in total.

Preview, save, and apply branding

The preview panel updates dynamically while you configure branding settings. Changes appear on recipient pages only after you save them.

Once saved, branding updates apply automatically to:

• Existing Share links
• New Share links
• Existing Transfer links
• New Transfer links

Who can edit branding

Drive Branding is currently managed at the account level. Each account maintains its own branding settings, and branding is not shared automatically across all users in a domain.
