The Transfers page in Titan Drive helps you manage all Transfers created from your account in one place.
From the Transfers page, you can:
- View active and expired Transfers
- Copy Transfer links
- Manage passwords, expiry dates, and notes
- Extend or expire Transfers
- Track views and downloads
- Delete Transfers

Open the Transfers Page
To access your Transfers:
- Open Titan Drive.
- Click Transfers from the sidebar.
- The Transfers page will display all Transfers created from your account.
You can manage both active and expired Transfers from this page.
Active and Expired Transfers
Transfers are grouped based on their status.
Active Transfers
Active Transfers are currently accessible to recipients.
Recipients can continue viewing or downloading files until the expiry date is reached.
Expired Transfers
Expired Transfers are no longer accessible.
Once expired:
- Transfer links stop working
- Recipients cannot access the files
- Transfer files are removed from active delivery storage
Sort Transfers
Transfers are currently sorted using the Created On date.
Newest Transfers appear first by default.
Quick Actions on a Transfer
Each Transfer includes quick management actions.
To access them:
- Open the Transfers page.
- Locate the Transfer.
- Click the three dots (⋮) next to the Transfer.
Available actions may include:
- Copy Link
- Manage Link
- Delete Transfer
Copy a Transfer Link
You can copy an existing Transfer link at any time while the Transfer remains active.
- Open the Transfer actions menu.
- Click Copy Link.
- Share the copied link with recipients.
If password protection is enabled, recipients will also require the password to access the Transfer.
For better security, share passwords separately from the Transfer link.
Manage Transfer Settings
You can update certain Transfer settings after creation.
- Open the Transfer actions menu.
- Click Manage Link.
Depending on the Transfer status, you may be able to manage:
- Expiry date
- Password
- Track Analytics
- Notes
Changes apply immediately after saving.
Delete a Transfer
You can permanently delete a Transfer at any time.
- Open the Transfer actions menu.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deleting a Transfer immediately removes recipient access to the files.
Extend Expiry or Expire Now
Titan Drive allows you to modify Transfer availability.
Extend Expiry
To increase the validity period of a Transfer:
- Open the Transfer actions menu.
- Click Extend Expiry.
- Select a new expiry duration.
- Save the changes.
The updated expiry date will apply immediately.
Maximum expiry limit: 90 days from creation
Expire Now
To disable recipient access immediately:
- Open the Transfer actions menu.
- Click Expire Now.
- Confirm the action.
The Transfer link will stop working instantly.
Limitations on Expired Transfers
In the current version of Titan Drive, expired Transfers cannot be modified.
Once a Transfer expires:
- Expiry dates cannot be extended
- Passwords cannot be changed
- Notes cannot be updated
- Tracking settings cannot be modified
To continue sharing files, you may need to create a new Transfer.
View Transfer Analytics
If tracking was enabled while creating the Transfer, you can view recipient activity directly from the Transfers page.
To view analytics:
- Open the Transfers page.
- Locate the Transfer.
- Check the View section.
Available analytics may include:
- Number of views
- Number of downloads
A view is counted when the Transfer page loads successfully, while downloads are counted when recipients click Download or Download All.
This helps you track recipient engagement with the Transfer.
Retention of Expired Transfers
After a Transfer expires:
- Files included in the Transfer are deleted immediately from active Transfer storage
- Transfer metadata such as:
- Transfer links
- Notes
- Analytics
may be retained for up to 6 months before permanent deletion.
After the retention period ends, all associated Transfer information is permanently removed.
