As a small business owner, staying organized with client communication is essential. Titan’s Search feature helps you quickly find emails by keyword, contact, folder or even attachment - all from your mobile app.
Let’s say you want to find an email from a specific client that mentions invoice, and you remember it is in your Inbox folder.
Here’s how you can do it:
Open the Titan Mobile App.
Tap the Search icon at the bottom of the screen.

Apply filters to narrow your results:
- Select the Contact filter and choose the client from the suggested contacts.
- Select the Folder filter and choose the folder where the email is stored (for example, Inbox). - In the search bar, type the keyword - invoice

Titan will instantly display all emails matching your search.
Available Filters:
Contact – Search emails linked to a specific contact.
Folder – Look within a particular folder.
From / To – Find messages sent or received by certain people.
Has Attachment – View only emails that include attachments.
