You can now personalize the quick-action icons that appear when you hover over an email in your inbox. With this new feature, you can enable, disable, and reorder the email thread actions to match your workflow — or even remove them completely.
What’s New?
Now You Can:
- Enable or disable any available actions
- Reorder the enabled actions to your preference
- Choose up to 4 actions to display — or none at all, if you prefer a cleaner view
- Click "Save" to apply your changes

A confirmation toast message will appear:
“Changes to email actions have been saved”
How to Customize Email Actions
Follow the steps below to tailor your inbox hover actions:

Log in to your Webmail account

Click the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner

Go to Preferences

Under Inbox & Organization, select Email Actions

Use the toggles to enable/disable actions

Drag and drop to reorder enabled actions

Once you're happy with your setup, click Save
You’re done! Your inbox will now reflect your customized set of thread actions.
