Want to ensure your emails always start with your preferred font style? With Titan's Default Font Settings, you can set a default font family and font size that will automatically apply every time you begin composing a new email.
This feature helps maintain consistency in your communications and saves you the step of manually adjusting the font each time.
How to Set Your Default Font:
Navigate to your Preferences section after logging into Titan's Webmail. (Click the Gear Icon > Settings > Preferences).
In the Preferences menu, locate and click on the General section.
Look for the settings labelled Default font family and Default font size.
Click the dropdown menu next to Default font family and select the font you want to use as your default.
Click the dropdown menu next to Default font size and select your preferred default size.
Your preferences are saved automatically once selected.
How it Works in the Composer:
Automatic Application: Once you've set your defaults in Preferences, whenever you open a new email composer window to start drafting, your chosen default font family and size will be automatically selected in the composer's formatting options.
Flexibility per Email: You can always change the font family and size for any specific email directly within the composer using the formatting toolbar. Making changes here will apply only to the email you are currently drafting.
Defaults Remain Unchanged: Changing the font style within an individual email draft does not affect the default settings you configured in Preferences. The next time you open a new composer, your chosen default font family and size will still be applied.
By setting your default font preferences, you can streamline your email writing process and ensure a consistent look and feel for your messages in Titan. If you face any issues with setting up your default font, please feel free to reach out to us at support@titan.email. We would love to assist you!
