Available Spam Filtering Levels
| Level | Description |
|
Strict (Default) |
Maximum protection, blocks the most suspicious and unwanted emails. Ideal if you want a cleaner inbox with minimal noise. |
| Basic | Minimal filtering, more messages go to your inbox, including borderline or promotional content. Best if you prefer manual sorting. |
| Off | All emails (except from blocked senders) are delivered to your inbox. Recommended for users relying on filters from Gmail, Outlook, or other clients. |
Once selected, this setting takes effect immediately for all mailboxes under your domain.
| alert-warning | Please note: It’s available exclusively on Titan Paid Plans. If this feature isn’t included in your current plan, you can upgrade your email plan. |
Titan’s Recommendation: Go with Strict
For most businesses, we recommend setting the spam filter to Strict level as it offers the highest level of protection, blocking suspicious emails before they ever reach your inbox. This helps reduce clutter and safeguards your team from phishing or malware threats.
While Basic and Off reduce filtering to let more emails reach your inbox.
How to Set Spam Filter Level
Just follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your Titan Control Panel
- Click on the Spam Filter Control tab in the side menu
- Select your preferred filtering level:
Strict,Basic, orOff - That’s it! The setting is now active across your domain.

Why Use Spam Filter Control?
