Pin Emails to Keep Important Conversations at the Top
Pinning keeps an important email at the top of its folder, so you can find it without searching or scrolling. This article is for anyone using Titan Mail on the web, iOS, or Android. It shows you how to pin and unpin emails and explains the rules that apply.

How to Pin and Unpin Emails

Pin an email
In Titan Mail, open a folder where pinning is allowed, such as your Inbox.
Hover over the email you want to pin.
Click the Pin icon.
The email moves to the top of your folder, under a Pinned section.
Unpin an email
Hover over the pinned email.
Click the Pin icon again.
The email returns to its regular position in the folder, sorted by date or your other sorting rules.

Pin an email
In the Titan iOS app, open a folder where pinning is allowed, such as your Inbox.
Press and hold the email you want to pin.
Tap the Pin icon.
The email moves to the top of your folder, under a Pinned section.
Unpin an email
Find the pinned email at the top of your folder.
Tap the Pin icon again.
The email returns to its regular position in the folder.

Pin an email
In the Titan Android app, open a folder where pinning is allowed, such as your Inbox.
Press and hold the email you want to pin.
Tap the Pin icon.
The email moves to the top of your folder, under a Pinned section.
Unpin an email
Find the pinned email at the top of your folder.
Tap the Pin icon again.
The email returns to its regular position in the folder.
Pin limit: You can pin up to 10 emails in each folder.
Each folder is separate: If you move a pinned email to another folder, it loses its pinned status.
Folders where you can't pin: Archive, Spam, Trash, Scheduled, Drafts, Sent, and label views. Label views include labels Titan creates, such as Starred, and labels you create.
Where pinned emails stand out: Pinned emails are grouped at the top only in the All Emails view of folders where pinning is allowed, such as your Inbox. In other views, such as Unread, they look like normal emails.
Order: The email you pinned most recently appears at the top of the pinned section.
One email at a time: You can't pin several emails at once. The pin option is hidden when you select more than one email.
Replies and forwards: Replying to or forwarding a pinned email doesn't pin your reply in the Sent folder. The original email stays pinned in its folder.
Auto-clean rules and filters: Pinned emails still follow any auto-clean rules or filters you've set up. Pinning doesn't stop them.
Syncing: Pinned emails sync across Titan. When you pin or unpin an email on one device, the change shows on your other connected Titan sessions.
