Forgot password for your mailbox?

If you’ve forgotten your mailbox password, you can reset it yourself using your alternate recovery email address. Choose the instructions for your device below.

Steps for Webmail (browser login)

Follow these steps to reset your password via web browser

1. Once you are on the login page, Enter your Titan email address for which you have forgotten the password and Click on Login
2. Click on Forgot password.
3. Enter your Titan email address for which you have forgotten the password and Click on Next.
4. A verification email with the password reset link for your Titan mailbox will be sent to your Alternate email address associated with your Titan account.
5. Follow the instructions in the verification email and reset your password!

Steps for Android device

Follow these steps to reset your password via Android Devices

1. Once you are on the Login page of Titan Android app, Enter your Titan email address for which you have forgotten the password. Click on Next
2. Click on Forgot password.
3. Click on Next.
4.  A verification email with the password reset link for your Titan mailbox will be sent to your Alternate email address associated with your Titan account.
5. Follow the instructions in the verification email and reset your password!

Steps for iOS device (iPhone/iPad)

Follow these steps to reset your password via on iPhone or iPad

1. Once you are on the Login page of Titan IOS app, Enter your Titan email address for which you have forgotten the password. Click on Next
2. Click on Forgot password.
3. Click on Verify email address.
4. A verification email with the password reset link for your Titan mailbox will be sent to your Alternate email address associated with your Titan account.
5. Follow the instructions in the verification email and reset your password!
    

Troubleshooting

Problem: You don’t have access to your alternate email address (or never set one up). 
Cause: The reset link can only be sent to a configured alternate/recovery email. 
Fix: Ask your account admin to reset your password from the Control Panel, or contact support to verify your identity. 

Problem: You never received the reset email. 
Cause: It may have landed in spam, or the alternate email on file is outdated. 
Fix: Check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, contact support to verify or update your recovery address.

Problem: The reset link doesn’t work anymore. 
Cause: Reset links expire after a period of time. 
Fix: Go through the “Forgot password” steps again to request a new one.
