In this article, we will walk you through how you can configure an MX and SPF records for your domain in AWS route53.

Titan needs you to verify domain ownership and activate email services by setting MX records & TXT records. Please note: Unverified domains won't be able to receive or send emails. To know more about Domain Verification, click here |
- Log in to your AWS account (click here)
- Go to Services and click on Route53
- Click on Hosted Zone to find your hosted domain.
image-shadow - Select the domain you want to use to send emails and click on Go to Records Sets.
- Click on Create Record set and select MX mail exchange to create an MX record
- Fill in the values mentioned below and hit Save Record Set.
- Value: 10 mx1.titan.email

Once that's done, it's time to add the SPF records.
- Value: 10 mx1.titan.email
- Click on Create Record set again and select TXT to create an TXT record
- Fill in the values mentioned below and hit Save Record Set.
- TTL: 1800
- Value: "v=spf1 include:spf.titan.email ~all"
Done! You're all set to send and receive emails from your AWS route53 using Titan Mail!
