In this article, we will walk you through how you can configure the MX and TXT records for your domain and set up your Titan Mail account.
1. Log in to your Big Rock account Click here and navigate to the domain you wish to setup the MX and TXT records for.
2. Scroll down and select the domain you want to set up the MX and TXT records for, then click on the More button present in the right corner, this will take you to the Domain settings where you can add the DNS records.
3. Now head to the Name Servers & DNS section and click on DNS records.
3. Now scroll down and click on Add MX record under the MX record section and add a record with the following values:
- Type: MX
- Host: @
- Priority: 10
- Content: mx1.titan.email
- TTL: 12 Hours
4. Similarly, add the second MX record using the following values:
- Type: MX
- Host: @
- Priority: 20
- Content: mx2.titan.email
- TTL: 12 Hours
5. Now change the type to TXT and add a TXT record with the following values:
- Type: TXT
- Name: @
- Value: v=spf1 include:spf.titan.email ~all
- TTL: 12 Hours
Done! You're all set to send and receive emails from your BigRock domain using Titan Mail!
