In this article, we will walk you through how you can configure the MX and TXT records for your domain in Siteground DNS panel and set up your Titan Mail account.
- In Siteground account, go to your Client Area > Services > Domains.
- Press the Settings button of the chosen domain. You can choose between your domains registered by SiteGround and domains registered by other companies that you use for websites in your SiteGround account.

On the next page, select DNS Zone Editor.
image-shadow - Navigate to the Create New Record section and select the MX tab and choose the option Add your own MX records .
- Then add the records given below:
Name: <Enter your full domain name>
Caching duration: <Set the lowest possible value>
Priority Destination 10 mx1.titan.email 20 mx2.titan.email - Next, please click on the TXT tab and add the record given below:
Name: <Leave it blank>
Value: "v=spf1 include:spf.titan.email ~all" (Omit the quotes)
Then click on Create.
That’s it. You have just pointed your emails to your Titan. It could take anywhere between 6-8 hours for your email services to be functional due to DNS Propagation delay.
