If you’ve forgotten the password for your Email Control Panel, the admin dashboard at manage.titan.email, you can reset it yourself using the email address you originally signed up with
Reset your Email Control Panel password
1. Visit manage.titan.email and access the login page.

2. On the login page, click Forgot Password? Above the password field.
3. Enter your account Email address and Click Proceed.

4. Check your inbox for the password reset email and click Reset Password.
5. Enter the new password you want to use and click Update.
6. After setting the password, log in to the admin control panel at manage.titan.email using the email address (to which the reset password link was sent) and the newly set password.
7. Once you’re logged in to the Email Control Panel, follow the steps in [this article] to change or reset the password for your business email account.
Done! You have successfully reset your Email Control Panel password.
