Troubleshooting
Problem: Titan Mail won't accept the email address you entered.
Cause: The address contains a character that isn't supported or it might be an already existing email address or an internal forwarding address/alias.
Fix: Use only letters, numbers, periods, hyphens, and underscores — remove any spaces or other symbols. Check Internal forwarding section and Manage alias section in the control panel
Problem: You can't sign in to the Email Control Panel.
Cause: You're using the wrong credentials or sign-in link for your setup — this is common for Blacknight MonoVM, DomainDiscount24, Fluccs, or Domain Central hosted domains.
Fix: Blacknight, MonoVM, DomainDiscount24, Fluccs, or Domain Central users should sign in at manage-euc1.titan.email; everyone else should use manage.titan.email.
Problem: A teammate says they never received their login credentials email.
Cause: The recipient email address was typed incorrectly, or the email landed in their spam folder.
Fix: Double-check the address you entered next to Send credentials, then resend it. Ask the recipient to check their spam or junk folder.
