If your email moved from Name.com to Titan, you can keep logging in to Titan Mail with your existing Name.com email address and password. If you've forgotten that password, you can reset it from your Name.com account. This article shows you how, so you can get back into your email.
Before you start
You need the login details for your Name.com account, which is the account that manages your domain (your website address, such as yourcompany.com). This is different from the password for your email address, which is the one you're resetting.
| alert-warning | These steps are only for email accounts that moved from Name.com to Titan. If your email moved from a different provider, see Reset Password for Migrated Users in the Help Centre. |
Reset your email password

- A menu with more options opens, In the menu, click Reset password.
Troubleshooting
Problem: You don't see Email Accounts after clicking Manage.
Cause: You may have opened a domain that isn't the one connected to your Titan email.
Fix: Go back to your account page and click Manage next to the domain you use for your Titan email.
Problem: You can't log in to your Name.com account.
Cause: Your Name.com account has its own password, separate from your email password.
Fix: Use the password help on the Name.com login page to recover your account, then start again from step 1.
What you'll see when you're done
Name.com starts the password reset for that email account. Follow the on-screen prompts to choose your new password, then use it to log in to Titan Mail. If you can still log in and only want to change your password, see How to change your password?.
