You can give any email address on your account admin access from the Email Control Panel. This is useful when you want another team member to help manage email settings and perform administrative actions, without you having to do it all yourself. Only the main account admin can grant this access to another email address.
Before You Start
You need to log in with your account's Registered email or main admin email to make another email address an admin. If you don't have these credentials, ask your current account admin to grant you admin access first.
Make an Email Address an Admin
- Log in to the Email Control Panel using your Registered email or main admin email.
- Locate the email account that you want to make an admin.
- Click the three dots next to that email account.
- Select Make Admin.
| alert-warning | Making an email address an admin gives it full control over your account's email settings, including the ability to add, remove, or modify other email accounts. Only grant admin access to people you trust. |
What You'll See When You're Done
The selected email address is assigned admin privileges right away. It can now log in and manage email settings and perform administrative actions for the account, the same as your main admin email.
