Auto-clean your emails.

Ever felt the need to regularly manage your inbox? Older newsletters that were once relevant no longer needed but managing your emails feels too frustrating and time intensive to you? Titan's Auto-clean feature is here to help make things easier for you!

With the ability to create auto-clean rules for each Sender, setup the number of days after which you want the emails to be archived or sent to the Trash folder and edit these details as per your convenience, Auto-clean is sure to help you manage your storage more effectively.

For example, Jacob has been subscribed to various newsletters but he no longer requires newsletters that are older than 3 months as they are outdated and do not provide relevant information to him. 

Solution?

Titan's Auto-clean! which allows Jacob to regularly delete older newsletters and irrelevant emails which are no longer required or relevant to him.

Here is how you can go about accessing the Auto-clean feature:

1. Email Actions.
2. Auto-clean section inside Preferences.

1. Email Actions.

• Head to app.titan.email - Titan's own Webmail to send and receive emails.
• Login with the credentials for your Titan account.
• Click on any email received from the sender whom you wish to add to Auto-clean.
• Once done, head to More actions and click on Auto clean.
• Now you can choose the emails that are older than 10 / 30 / 60 / 90 days as per your preferences. Additionally, you can choose to move them to the Trash or Archive folder and proceed to click on Create.
• Your Auto clean rule has been successfully setup for the Sender email address!

2. Auto-clean section inside Preferences.

1. Head to Titan's Settings > Preferences by clicking on the cogwheel on the top right corner of your screen in our Webmail.
2. Now click on the Auto-clean section visible on the Left side Panel to arrive at your Auto-clean settings.
3. From here, you can take the following two actions:
   
   1. Create a new Auto-clean rule.
   2. Edit and make changes to your existing Auto-clean rules as follows:
      • Change the "From" email address.
      • Move to either the Trash or Archive folders.
      • Changing the number of days after which the auto cleaning will take place.
      • Delete the Auto-clean rule.
