If you have a Gmail account that you were using for your business, you can easily bring your emails from Gmail to your Titan email. Here is how you can achieve it
Setup Forwarding from Gmail to Titan
To set up Forwarding from your Gmail account to Titan, follow the steps mentioned below:
- Navigate to Settings > Preferences

- Select the Forwarding tab and click on Forward IN from the displayed options:

- Select the From Gmail option:

- Select your Gmail account:

- Allow Titan the necessary permissions to access emails on your Gmail account:

- Forwarding from Gmail should be setup and you'll start receiving emails directed to your Gmail account on your Titan account

- Your Gmail account should be added in now and will appear next to your Inbox folder. All new emails that you receive on your Gmail account will now start appearing on your Titan account

New emails sent to your Gmail account, after you've configured it on Titan, will show up separately on Titan as well.
Note
- Currently, when forwarding from Gmail is setup, all incoming emails from the time the forwarding is set, are brought into Titan. Selecting specific labels or filters is currently not supported.
- Bringing in old gmail emails is not supported at this point.
- Sending an email can be done via the Titan email address and not the Gmail email.
- Sending an email from Titan, will not impact the email account forwarding is set from. Deleting or archiving an email on the Titan client will not delete or archive the email in your Gmail client
