Configure Titan on Foxmail

Looking to configure your Titan email box on Foxmail, let us help you :)

alert-warning To configure Titan on third-party apps, third-party email access must be enabled. Learn more here. 
alert-warning If Two-Factor authentication is turned on, please follow the steps here to setup an application password instead of your normal mailbox password.

In order to configure your email box on Foxmail using IMAP/SMTP, you can use the following configurations:

Incoming server: imap.titan.email

Port: 993

Encryption method: SSL/TLS

Outgoing server: smtp.titan.email

Port: 465

Encryption method: SSL/TLS

Nonetheless if you are looking to configure your email box on Outlook using POP/SMTP, you can use the following configurations:

Incoming server: pop.titan.email

Port: 995

Encryption method: SSL/TLS

Outgoing server: smtp.titan.email

Port: 465

Encryption method: SSL/TLS

 

alert-success When email account is configured using POP server, the emails are fetched from the server into the third party client. Hence, the emails will be only visible on the third party client and not the Titan webmail or Titan App

Mentioned below are the steps in order to configure your Titan Mail on Foxmail.

Steps to Connect Titan Email to Foxmail:

  1. Launch Foxmail:
    • Open the Foxmail application. The "Create New Account" window will appear by default.
  2. Choose "Other Mailbox":
    • Scroll through the options and select "Other Mailbox" at the bottom of the list.
  3. Enter Your Titan Email Credentials:
    • In the "Create New Account" window, input:
      • E-mail: Your Titan email address (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com).
      • Password: The password associated with your Titan email account.
    • Click on Manual to proceed with manual settings.
  4. Configure IMAP/SMTP Settings:
    • In the next window, input the following details:
      • Server Type: Select IMAP.
      • IMAP Server:
        • Address: imap.titan.email
        • Port: 993
        • Enable SSL.
      • SMTP Server:
        • Address: smtp.titan.email
        • Port: 587
        • Enable STARTTLS (leave SSL unchecked).
      • Email Account: Enter your full Titan email address.
      • Password: Enter your email password again.
  5. Save and Connect:
    • Click Create to finalize the setup.
    • Foxmail will verify the entered details and establish the connection with your Titan email account.
  6. Access Your Inbox:
    • Once the setup is complete, your Titan email account will appear in the sidebar.
    • You can now access your emails, send and receive messages, and manage your inbox directly in Foxmail.

  • Open Foxmail
  • Click on File > "Add Mail Account"
  • Select "Other"
  • Enter your Titan Email address and Password
  • Click on "Advanced"
  • Select IMAP as the server type
  • The "Mail Account", "Username", "Password details will be pre-filled.
  • Please refer the IMAP and SMTP details of Titan mentioned above and add on "IMAP Server" and "SMTP Server" details respectively.
  • Click on "Continue"

Voila, the account is now added on Foxmail.
