If an image is too large to upload to your email designer template, you can make its file smaller first. This article shows you how to use TinyPNG, a free online tool, to reduce the size of your images. It is for anyone who adds images to a template in the email designer.
Reduce your image size with TinyPNG
- In your web browser, open TinyPNG at tinypng.com.
The TinyPNG page opens with a dotted box in the center.
- On the TinyPNG page, drag your image files onto the dotted box.
If you prefer to browse your computer, click the dotted box instead, then select the images you want to make smaller.
- Wait while TinyPNG reduces the size of your images. This happens automatically.
- When TinyPNG finishes, click Download to save the smaller version of an image to your computer.
| alert-success | You can also download all your compressed images at once as a ZIP file (a single file that holds several files together). If you download a ZIP file, open it first so you can upload each image on its own. |
Upload your compressed images
- In Titan Mail, go back to your email designer template.
- In the email designer, upload the compressed images you saved to your computer.
What you will see
When the upload finishes, your compressed images appear in your email designer template. You can now continue to build your email.
