Possible Reasons:
- The domain's SPF/DKIM records are incorrectly set up.
- The content of the email has broken links, multiple spelling errors, or a deceptive subject line. Writing in all caps, Using too many punctuations, using red font, or overuse of spam words like free, cheap, pre-approved, $$$, 100% free, urgent, don’t wait! etc. are all spammy triggers.
- The Domains reputation is weak leading to emails getting flagged as spam by the recipient email server.
Here is how you can tackle the Domain reputation issue:
- Try sending a few genuine conversation-based emails to other addresses from same the provider
- Mark each email as "Not Spam" and reply to each individual email, as replying to genuine email helps improve domain reputation.
- Repeat the activity for 2-3 days and you should start seeing a decrease rate in your inbox.

How To Avoid/Fix the Problem:
- Make sure the SPF, DKIM & DMARC are set up correctly.
- Request your customers to mark your email as "Not spam" and whitelist your domain to help train the filters at their server end not to classify your business email as spam.

- Finally, do get back to us with the headers of the email which landed in the SPAM, you can learn how to extract email headers right from here and from the recipient's end.
- Also please do share the screenshot of any warning messages your recipients get with your email which would be in their SPAM box.
