Outgoing Forwarding lets you automatically forward a copy of every email you receive to another email address of your choice. This is useful if you prefer checking a different email account more frequently, want to access all your emails from a single inbox or email client, or simply want to keep a backup copy of your incoming messages. Once configured, all new emails are forwarded automatically until you choose to disable the feature.
Follow these steps to set up email forwarding and start automatically forwarding your incoming emails to another email address:
- Log in to Titan Webmail
- In Titan Mail, in the top right corner, click the Settings (
icon).
- In the Settings panel, click Preferences.
- Click the Forwarding tab.
-
Select the Add option for Forward emails out.
-
In the Forward emails to field, enter the email address you want to forward your emails to and click Next.
Note: By default, a copy of the email is saved in your inbox. If you disable this option, a copy of the forwarded email will not be retained in your Titan Mail inbox. Enter the 6-digit confirmation code that was sent to the forwarding email address (for example, support-test@titan.email) in the Confirmation code field.
Click Start forwarding to enable email forwarding.
The address you added will show under Settings > Preferences > Forwarding. From now on, new emails sent to your Titan mailbox will also be copied to that address automatically — you don't need to do anything further.
If you have any queries or face any difficulties, please feel free to write to us at support@titan.email, our team shall be happy to help!
