Feature Reporting

We at Titan are always looking for user feedback to help us improve the app experience. If you have any suggestions here is how you can go about getting them to us.

Steps to share feature request: 

Titan is available across all platforms and the steps for requesting features are listed below.

Web-app
  • Open your Titan App
  • Navigate to the Feature button at the bottom-left corner

    • A new page will open (Feature tracking panel) where you can search for the feature using certain keywords.
    • If the feature is already present on Feature tracking panel then all you need to do is upvote the feature.

    • If the feature is not available then click on Create a Post

Android/iOS
  • Open your Titan App on your mobile device.  
  • Click on the Menu option.
  • Select Submit a feature request/Request a Feature.

    • A new page will open (Feature tracking panel) where you can search for the feature using certain keywords.
    • If the feature is already present on Feature tracking panel then all you need to do is upvote the feature.
    • If the feature is not available then click on Create a Post.
