Troubleshooting
Problem: Titan shows a pop-up asking for a subject line.
Cause: You tried to send without entering a subject. Titan flags this so you don't send one by accident.
Fix: Add a subject line, or tap Send again to send without one — Titan lets you proceed either way.
Problem: You don't see CC or BCC fields on your phone.
Cause: On Android and iOS, CC and BCC are hidden behind a dropdown to save space.
Fix: Tap the dropdown arrow on the right of the To field to reveal CC and BCC.
Problem: You sent an email by mistake and want to stop it.
Fix: Click Undo Send. It will remain visible for the duration of the timer you've set in Settings. After that, the email can't be recalled.
