Schedule Email


Titan Mail allows you to send scheduled emails. You can easily create an email and set a preferred time to send it.

Scheduling an Email

  • Once an email is composed, click on the dropdown besides Send.



  • Then, click on Send Later.



  • You can choose to schedule send from the available options. Once you choose from the available option, the email will be scheduled.



  • If you want to select a custom date and time, you will have an option as shown below.



  • Once you pick a date and time, click on 'Schedule Send'. That's it, your email is scheduled.



Editing/Deleting a scheduled email

Editing a scheduled email can be done by a few simple steps.

  • Go to the 'Scheduled' Folder.
  • Click on the email you wish to edit and click on 'Edit'.
  • Once done your email will be in editable format.

You would be able to edit the email as you wish and send it right away or chose to schedule it as per your choice.

 Deleting a scheduled email can be done by following the two simple steps mentioned below.

  • Open the email and click on 'Delete'.
  • Once done, the scheduled email will be deleted.

  • Simply tap on the 3 vertical dots just next to the "Send" button
  • Click on "Schedule Send"

  • Alternatively, you would also have an option to select a custom date and time from the drop-down as shown below.
  • Once you pick a date and time, click on 'Schedule Send'. That's it, your email is scheduled.

alert-warning Please note that this feature is only available on Titan's select plans. If this feature isn’t included in your current plan, you can upgrade your email plan.
