In this article, we will walk you through how you can configure an MX record for your domain and set up your Titan Mail account.

Titan needs you to verify domain ownership and activate email services by setting MX records & TXT records. Please note: Unverified domains won't be able to receive or send emails. To know more about Domain Verification, click here |
1. Log in to your Name.com account (click here)
2. Click My Domains
3. Scroll down to the domain you want to use to send emails and click on it
4. Scroll down to DNS and click Manage DNS Records
5. On the Manage DNS page enter the following values (omit the quotes) and click Add Record:
- Type: MX
- Host: "@"
- Answer: "mx1.titan.email"
- TTL: "300"
- Prio: "10"
6. Following the same steps as mentioned above, a second MX record needs to be added whose values are (omit the quotes):
- Type: MX
- Host: "@"
- Answer: "mx2.titan.email"
- TTL: "300"
- Prio: "20"
7. Add another record with the values mentioned below (omit the quotes):
- Type: TXT
- Host: "@"
- Answer: "v=spf1 include:spf.titan.email ~all"
- TTL: "300"
Done! You're all set to send and receive emails from your Name.com domain using Titan Mail!
