In this article, we will walk you through how you can configure an MX record for your domain and set up your Titan Mail account.

Titan needs you to verify domain ownership and activate email services by setting MX records & TXT records. Please note: Unverified domains won't be able to receive or send emails. To know more about Domain Verification, click here |
1. Log in to your GoDaddy account (click here) and navigate to My Products.
2. Scroll down to the domain you want to use to send emails, click on the DNS button this will take you to the DNS zone where you can add the DNS records
3. Now to add the new MX records click on add new record and change the type to MX:
- Type: MX
- Name: @
- Priority: 10
- TTL: 1H
- Value: mx1.titan.email
- In order to add the second MX, click the (+) operator that says add another value
- Add the second MX record, Priority: 20, Value: mx2.titan.email and click on save.
4. Now to add the TXT record click on add new record and change the type to TXT:
- Type: TXT
- Name: @
- Value: "v=spf1 include:spf.titan.email ~all"
- TTL: 1H
Done! You're all set to send and receive emails from your GoDaddy domain using Titan Mail!
