Catch-all email makes sure you receive messages sent to any address at your domain — even if the sender gets the address slightly wrong. It's for anyone managing a Titan domain who wants to stop missing misaddressed mail. Once it's set up, every email sent to a nonexistent address at your domain lands in one mailbox you choose, instead of bouncing back to the sender.
Before you begin
You'll need admin access to your Titan Email Control Panel and a domain that's already set up and verified with Titan. If you're not sure whether you have admin access, ask your account admin to grant you access.

If you're a Blacknight user — meaning your Titan plan is hosted through Blacknight, a Titan partner — log in at manage-euc1.titan.email instead.

Confirmation — enabling catch-all
Catch-all is now active for your domain. The Catch-all Email tab shows a green Active status next to the mailbox you selected, and any email sent to a nonexistent address at your domain now arrives in that mailbox instead of bouncing back to the sender.
Disable catch-all mailbox
- Log in to your Titan Email Control Panel.
-
In the sidebar, click Catch-all Email.

Confirmation — disabling catch-all
Catch-all is now off for your domain. The Catch-all Email tab shows an Inactive status, and emails sent to nonexistent addresses at your domain will bounce back to the sender again. You can turn catch-all back on anytime by repeating the steps in Enable catch-all mailbox above.
Troubleshooting
Problem: The catch-all mailbox is filling up with spam
Cause: A catch-all address collects every email sent to your domain, including spam sent to random or guessed addresses — this is normal and expected once catch-all is on.
Fix: Set up spam filtering rules on the catch-all mailbox, or check it periodically and archive or delete unwanted mail rather than disabling catch-all entirely.
Problem: An email doesn't appear in the catch-all mailbox even though it was misaddressed
Cause: Catch-all only applies to addresses at your own domain. Emails sent to a completely different domain, or blocked earlier by spam or security filtering, never reach your catch-all mailbox.
Fix: Confirm the sender used your correct domain, and check your spam filtering settings if the email still doesn't appear.
Problem: Emails sent before catch-all was disabled are missing
Cause: Disabling catch-all only changes how new emails are handled going forward — it doesn't retroactively recover emails that already bounced before catch-all was turned on, or restore delivery routing for a period when catch-all was off.
Fix: Ask senders whose emails bounced to resend them, or re-enable catch-all if you want to keep catching misaddressed mail going forward.
