Manage Email Templates

Titan Mail enables users to have Email Templates associated with their Email Accounts. Now, you can send an entire templated response in a matter of seconds with this feature!

Email Template feature can enable the following: 

1. Using existing templates

2. Editing existing templates

3. Deleting existing templates 

4. Creating new templates

5. Saving as a template

6. Requesting new templates

1. Using existing templates

• Login to your Email Account
• Click on the Compose Email Icon
• At the 3rd row of the Compose Email Box, Click on the Email Template Icon
• Select the template you wish to use from the list of the templates, once selected the respective template will be loaded on your Email Editor.

2. Editing existing templates

• Login to your Email Account
• Click on the Compose Email Icon
• At the 3rd row of the Compose Email Box, Click on the Email Template Icon
• Hover on the template you wish to edit, click on the pencil Icon
• You can edit the content of the Email

• You can also edit the To, CC, BCC, Subject of the Email

3. Deleting existing templates

• Login to your Email Account
• Click on the Compose Email Icon
• At the 3rd Row of the Compose Email Box, Click on the Email Template Icon
• Hover on the template you wish to edit, click on the Bin Icon

4. Creating new templates

• Login to your Email Account
• Click on the Compose Email Icon
• At the 3rd row of the Compose Email Box, Click on the Email Template Icon
• Click on the 'Create a new template' option, Fill in the details as needed for your template and then click on save.

5. Saving as a template

• Login to your Email Account
• Click on the respective Email which you wish to save as a template
• Click on the three-dot icon --> Save as a template
• This will open up a dialogue box, you can make modification in the existing details as needed for your template and then click on save.

6. Requesting new templates

You can request pre-made templates using this option. As per the feasibility and popularity of the requested template, the same would be added by the product development team.

• Login to your Email Account
• Click on the Compose Email Icon
• At the 3rd row of the Compose Email Box, Click on the Email Template Icon
• Click on the 'Request a template' option, 
• Fill in the details asked in the request form and submit it

You can send out emails instantly from the Titan mobile app on your Android phone using your own templates or from the template library that is available.

All you need to do is: 

• Open the Titan email app on your Android phone
• Click on the Compose email icon

• Click on the Email Template icon displayed on the lower half of the composer

• Select the template you wish to use from the list of the templates, once selected the respective template will be loaded on your Email Editor.

You can send out emails instantly from the Titan mobile app on your iOS device using your own templates or from the template library that is available.

All you need to do is: 

• Open the Titan email app on your iOS device.
• Click on the Compose email icon.

• Click on the Email Template icon displayed on the lower half of the composer.

• Select the Email Template you wish to use from the list of templates.

• Once selected, the respective template will be loaded on your Email Editor as shown below.
