How do I log in to Titan after the migration?
- Once the migration is complete, you will be able to directly log into Titan with your existing email and password. We recommend trying out Titan webmail and apps to experience advanced native features such as Read Receipts, Email Templates, Follow-up Reminders, and much more.

- If you don’t remember your password, we recommend you reset your password and have everything ready before the day of migration
How do I manage my email after the migration?
- You can now log in to your Customer control panel (Domain/Hosting account) and go to Titan email services to manage your emails/access them.
- For admins
- For Users: Users can log in to app.titan.email to access their mailbox
How do I start using my email after the migration is complete
- Once migration is complete log in to app.titan.email to start using email on Titan. You can use your existing email and password to log in. This is an important step to ensure that all your email and calendar information is synced properly
