- Reply - Sends your email ONLY to the sender of the email. Reply option is useful when you want to communicate only with the sender, or don't want to spam all the recipients in the email thread.
- Reply All - Reply all sends the email to EVERYONE in the email thread. Reply all is useful when you want to keep everyone in the thread informed and in the loop.
- Forward - You can forward an email to anyone who is not in the email thread. Simply add the recipients in the To /cc/ bcc field. By default, the attachments in the email are forwarded along with the email - you can disable them if required.
