How to access your Titan Email Control Panel Via GoDaddy Dashboard

The Titan Email Control Panel offers a host of options through which you can manage email accounts for your domain name. It allows Email users access to access  features such as Delete an existing account, Reset Password for an email account, Managing Alias, Suspend an account and many more! You can login to your email admin control panel from your GoDaddy Manage Products.

Follow the steps below to login from your GoDaddy Dashboard

  1. Log in to your GoDaddy account  (click here) 
  2. Enter your GoDaddy Username or Customer number, and then your Password

  3. Select Sign in and navigate to My Products.
  4. Scroll down to Email & Office, and then select Manage All.
  5. Click on Manage and you'll be redirected to Titan Email Control Panel.

Here are some of the things that can be done via the Email Control Panel.

Delete an existing account

  1. Click on the ellipsis icon next to the email account you wish to delete and select Delete Account.
  2. In the window that appears, click on the Confirm option to delete the email account.

Reset Password

  1. Hover your cursor over the email account for which you want to reset the password and click on Reset password.
  2. Enter the alternate email ID for the email account whose password needs to be reset.
  3. A password reset link will then be sent to the alternate email ID.

Managing Alias

  • Click on the ellipsis icon when hovering over a particular email address.
  • Click Manage alias.
  • Click on Add new alias.
  • Enter the email address you wish to have as an alias.

alert-success The supported characters for an alias account name are as follows:
abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ01234567890.-_@
alert-warning There is a hard limit of 10 aliases for an email account

For deleting an alias:

  • Click Manage alias.
  • Hover over the particular alias you wish to delete.
  • Click on the delete icon and confirm it.

Suspend an Account

  1. Click on the ellipsis icon next to the email account you wish to suspend and click on Suspend Account.
  2. You will be asked to confirm the suspension along with the reason for the suspension.
  3. Once you confirm, the email account will be suspended.
