Titan is available in most countries, but not in a few places where sanctions (legal restrictions on doing business with a country) apply. This article is for anyone who sees an error when they try to log in to Titan, including the Email Control Panel. It explains which countries are affected and why you see the error.
Countries where Titan is not available
Titan services are not available in these countries:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
Why this happens
Titan checks the IP address of your device when you try to access Titan services. An IP address is a number that identifies your internet connection and shows roughly where you are. If your IP address is from one of the countries above, you cannot access Titan services.
What you will see
When you try to log in from one of these countries, you might see an error, and you cannot get into Titan.
