This article is intended to walk you through the steps to read report.txt and report.csv files in a more user-friendly manner.
REPORT.TXT FILE
A TXT file is a standard text document without any text formatting (e.g., bold), images, different fonts, font sizes, etc. In order to efficiently read through the unformatted text, first convert a .TXT file into an .EML file, which is an archived email that preserves the original HTML formatting and headers. Most mail clients support EML files. There are different clients that can be employed to open EML-files like Apple Mail, Windows Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.

alert-success | For multiple complaints, you will find the emails clubbed together in the report.txt file separated by a line identifier. Renaming and opening the .eml file will open only the first complaint email on the mail client. If you like to view other emails under the report, please create more .eml files using the different sections. |
REPORT.CSV FILE
Comma Separated Values (CSV) is a text file format that you can use to exchange data from a database between applications. Each line in a Text CSV file represents a record in the database or a row in a spreadsheet.
