Try these Titan MCP use cases
1. Get a prioritized daily email briefing
Try this prompt:
“Summarize my unread emails, highlight anything urgent, and tell me which emails need a response today.”
What happens:
Titan MCP reviews your unread emails, separates urgent and actionable messages from informational or automated emails, and gives you a prioritized list of what needs your attention.
Why it's useful:
Quickly understand what matters and start your day without manually reviewing a large inbox.
2. Prepare for a meeting
Try this prompt:
“I have a meeting with the marketing team today. Find our recent emails, summarize the latest conversation, and tell me the key things I should know.”
What happens:
Titan MCP finds the relevant email conversation, summarizes the latest discussion, and highlights the key information and points you may need to clarify before the meeting.
Why it's useful:
Get the context you need before a meeting without manually searching through older email conversations.
3. Turn an email request into a scheduled meeting
Try this prompt:
“Find the latest email from Viral about the product launch, check when we're both available this week, and create a 30-minute meeting.”
What happens:
Titan MCP finds the relevant email, checks both calendars for an available time, and proposes a suitable meeting slot. Once confirmed, it can create the meeting and send the invite.
Why it's useful:
Turn a scheduling request buried in an email into a booked meeting without manually searching your inbox, comparing calendars, and creating the invite separately.
4. Find a common meeting time
Try this prompt:
“Find a 30-minute time today when Moinuddin, Sarah, and I are all available.”
What happens:
Titan MCP checks the calendars of all participants, identifies overlapping availability, and suggests suitable time slots. Once you confirm a slot, it can create the calendar event for everyone.
Why it's useful:
Schedule meetings faster without manually comparing multiple calendars.
5. Find emails awaiting a response
Try this prompt:
“Look for recent emails in my mailbox where I sent an email but haven’t received any response back.”
What happens:
Titan MCP searches recent conversations where you sent an email but haven't received a response and highlights the emails that may need a follow-up.
Why it's useful:
Make sure important conversations don't get missed and identify where a follow-up may be needed.
You can continue with:
“Draft a follow-up for these emails.”
6. Analyze promotional emails
Try this prompt:
“Can you summarize and give me stats around promotional-labelled emails I’ve received?”
What happens:
Titan MCP finds the relevant promotional emails, summarizes their content and key themes, and provides useful statistics such as the number of emails received and their frequency.
Why it's useful:
Understand how much promotional content you're receiving and quickly identify recurring themes or campaigns.
7. Organize emails with labels
Try this prompt:
“Can you apply the label ‘Zoom’ to all emails I’ve received from Zoom?”
What happens:
Titan MCP finds the promotional emails matching your criteria and applies the Zoom label to the relevant messages.
Why it's useful:
Organize related emails automatically instead of sorting and labeling them manually.
8. Create a task reminder
Try this prompt:
“Set a task for me today at 6 PM to prepare the sales report.”
What happens:
Titan MCP creates a task titled Prepare sales report for today at 6 PM and adds it to your task list or reminders.
Why it's useful:
Capture important work immediately so you don't have to rely on memory or create the reminder manually.
9. Review your quotes and follow up on opportunities
Try this prompt:
“Where does every quote I sent this month stand?”
What happens:
Titan MCP reviews the quotes you've sent, checks whether customers have replied and what they said, and groups the conversations based on their current status, such as approved, still negotiating, or no response. It can also identify conversations that need a follow-up.
Why it's useful:
Get a quick overview of your quote pipeline and identify which opportunities need your attention without opening and reviewing each conversation individually.
Make your prompts more useful
You don't have to use complicated commands to work with Titan MCP. Simply describe what you want to accomplish and provide enough context for Titan MCP to understand your request.
For example:
Instead of:
“Search my emails.”
Try:
“Find emails from Sarah about the product launch and summarize the latest conversation.”
You can also include specific details such as people, dates, time ranges, topics, or the action you want to take.
For example:
“Find a 30-minute time today when Moinuddin, Sarah, and I are all available.”
You can even combine multiple steps into a single prompt:
“Find the latest email from Sarah about the product launch, check when we're both available this week, and create a 30-minute meeting.”
This lets you describe the outcome you want, while Titan MCP handles the individual steps needed to get there.
