Titan MCP – Connect Titan Mail with Claude and ChatGPT

Titan MCP (Model Context Protocol) allows you to securely connect your Titan email account with AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT. 

Once connected, you can use Claude or ChatGPT to manage your emails, calendars, contacts, and more using simple natural-language prompts. Find important emails, summarize your inbox, draft replies, find common meeting times, and more.

Setup Titan MCP with Claude/ChatGPT

Claude

Step 1: Open Connectors in Claude

  • Open claude.ai and sign in to your account.
  • From the navigation menu on the left, click Customize.


     
  • Select Connectors from the available options. 


     

Step 2: Add a New Connector

  • On the Connectors page, click on Add button.

  • After clicking Add, a new window will appear titled Add custom connector.

Step 3: Enter the Titan MCP Details

  • In the Add custom connector window, enter the following information:

    Important: If your Titan account is managed through Blacknight, MonoVM, DomainDiscount24, Fluсcs, or Domain Central, use the following MCP Server URL instead:

  • Once you have entered all the required details, click Continue.

  • On the next screen, select Use your own OAuth client.

  • In the OAuth Client ID field, enter claude

  • Click Add to complete the custom connector setup.

Step 4: Connect Your Titan Account

  • Once the connector is added Click Connect next to Titan MCP.


     
  • You will be redirected to the Titan sign-in page.

Step 5: Sign In to Your Titan Account

  • Enter your Titan email address.
  • Enter your Titan password.
  • Click on Login.

  • After signing in successfully, you will be asked to authorize access.

Step 6: Approve Access

  • Review the permissions requested by Claude.
  • Click Allow Access to continue.

  • This allows Claude to securely access your Titan account through MCP.

Step 7: Confirm the Connection

  • The setup is complete when:

    ✅ You see the message "Connected to Titan MCP" in Claude.
    ✅ No authorization or connection errors are displayed.
    ✅ Titan MCP appears as a connected connector in Claude.

  • You can now use Claude to access your Titan emails, calendars, and contacts through Titan MCP.

If you are using a shared/common Claude account, avoid connecting your Titan mailbox through MCP.

Your Titan login session may remain available across shared Claude instances, which can allow other shared users to access your mailbox.

For best security:

  • Use only your personal Claude or ChatGPT account
  • Do not connect Titan Mail on shared/public AI accounts
  • Always log out from unused sessions

Tool Permission Settings

After connecting Titan MCP, Claude allows you to control how MCP tools are used.

  • Always allow – Claude can use Titan MCP tools automatically without asking for approval.
  • Needs approval – Claude will ask for your permission before using a Titan MCP tool.
  • Blocked – Prevents Claude from using the selected Titan MCP tool.
  • Custom – Configure permissions individually for specific tools.

For the best experience, we recommend keeping the default setting of Always allow unless you prefer additional approval prompts for security reasons.

Using Titan MCP with Claude

Once Titan MCP is connected, you can use natural language prompts in Claude to interact with your Titan mailbox, calendar, and contacts.

How to enter a prompt in Claude

  1. Open claude.ai and sign in to your account.
  2. Start a New Chat from the left sidebar.


     
  3. Make sure Titan MCP is connected — you should see it listed under your active connectors.

    If it's not connected yet, follow the Setup Titan MCP with Claude steps above, then come back here to continue.
     
  4. Click inside the message box at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Type your prompt in plain English — just describe what you want to do, as if you're asking a person.
  6. Press Enter or click the Send button.
  7. Claude will process your request and use Titan MCP to fetch or perform the action from your Titan account.

ChatGPT

Step 1: Enable Developer Mode in ChatGPT

  • Open ChatGPT and sign in to your account.
  • Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and Select Settings.

  • From the Settings menu, select Plugins and navigate to Developer Mode. 


     
  • Turn on the Developer mode toggle, as shown in the screenshot below.


     

Step 2: Configure the Titan MCP App

  • Once Developer Mode is enabled, click Plugins in the left sidebar to open the Plugins page.
  • Click the + icon in the top-right corner of the Plugins page, then select Create app from the menu, as shown in the screenshot.


     
  • After clicking Create app, the Create App window will open. Select Create MCP app to proceed with configuring Titan MCP.

  • In the Name field, enter: Titan MCP
  • Under connection, in the MCP Server URL field, enter: https://api.titan.email/mcp
  • ⚠️

    Important: If your Titan account is managed through Blacknight, MonoVM, DomainDiscount24, Fluсcs, or Domain Central, use the following MCP Server URL instead:

    https://api-euc1.titan.email/mcp



     

  • Locate the Advanced OAuth settings section. 
  • Click on the Advanced OAuth settings panel to expand it.
  • Under OAuth advanced settings, locate the OAuth Client ID field.
  • In the OAuth advanced settings field, enter: chatgpt 

  • Select the "I understand and want to continue" checkbox to acknowledge the security warning and confirm that you trust the Titan MCP server. 
  • Once the checkbox is enabled, click Create to add the Titan MCP connector to ChatGPT.

Step 3: Authorize Titan Account

  • After clicking Create, ChatGPT will open the Add Titan MCP to ChatGPT authorization screen.

  • Click Sign in with Titan MCP to begin the authentication process.


     

  • A new browser tab will open and redirect you to the Titan Login page.

  • Enter your Titan email address and password, then click Login to continue.


     

  • After logging in, review the requested permissions and click Approve to authorize the connection and continue.


     

  • Once the authorization is successful, you will be redirected back to ChatGPT. The Titan MCP app will now appear in your Apps list and be ready to use.

Using Titan MCP with ChatGPT

Once Titan MCP is connected, you can use natural language prompts in ChatGPT to interact with your Titan mailbox, calendar, and contacts.

How to enter a prompt in ChatGPT

  1. Open chatgpt.com and sign in to your account.
  2. Start a New Chat from the left sidebar.


     
  3. To confirm Titan MCP is connected, click your profile picture at the bottom-left corner, then click Settings. In the Settings window, select Plugins from the left menu — you should see Titan MCP listed under Enabled apps.



    If it doesn't appear, follow the Setup Titan MCP with ChatGPT steps above to add and connect it, then come back here to continue.
     
  4. Click inside the message box at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Type your prompt in plain English — describe what you want to do with your email, calendar, or contacts.
  6. Press Enter or click the Send button.
  7. ChatGPT will use Titan MCP to access your Titan account and complete the request

Remove Titan MCP from Claude/ChatGPT

You can either disconnect Titan MCP temporarily or remove it completely from Claude.

Open the Titan MCP Connector

  1. Open Claude and sign in to your account.
  2. Click Customize from the menu on the left.
  3. Select Connectors.
  4. Click Titan MCP from the list of connected connectors.

Option 1: Disconnect Titan MCP

If you only want to stop Claude from accessing your Titan account for now, use Disconnect.

  • Click Disconnect in the top-right corner.
  • Confirm the action if prompted.
alert-success Disconnecting Titan MCP only removes Claude's access to your Titan account. The Titan MCP connector will remain available in Claude, and you can reconnect at any time without re-entering the connector details.

Option 2: Remove Titan MCP Completely

If you no longer want Titan MCP to appear in Claude, you can remove the connector completely.

  • Click the ⋮ (three-dot menu) in the top-right corner. 
  • Select Remove.
  • Confirm the action.

alert-success Removing Titan MCP permanently deletes the connector from Claude. If you want to use Titan MCP again in the future, you'll need to add the connector again and complete the setup and authorization process from the beginning.
ChatGPT
  1. Open ChatGPT
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Under Settings, Click on Plugins 
  4. Locate the Neo MCP app and Click on it. 
  5. Click Disconnect or Delete.

Troubleshooting

Problem: You don’t see “Connected to Titan MCP,” or you get a connection error. 
Cause: A typo in the Remote MCP Server URL or OAuth Client ID, or using the standard URL when your account is managed through Blacknight, MonoVM, DomainDiscount24, Fluccs, or Domain Central. 
Fix: Double-check the connector details match exactly, including the correct Server URL for your account type. 

Problem: Titan MCP doesn’t appear in your Connectors list after adding it. 
Cause: The connector wasn’t fully saved, often because a required field was left blank or entered incorrectly. 
Fix: Refresh the Connectors page. If it’s still not listed, remove any partial entry and add it again. 

Problem: Claude says it can’t access your Titan account, even though you connected it before. 
Cause: The connection may have been disconnected, or the specific tool it needs is set to Blocked under Tool Permission Settings. 
Fix: Reconnect via “Connect your Titan account” above, and check that the relevant tool isn’t set to Blocked.
