Titan MCP (Model Context Protocol) allows you to securely connect your Titan email account with AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT. Once connected, you can use natural language prompts to interact with your emails, calendars, and contacts directly from the AI assistant.
With Titan MCP, you can:
- Search and read emails
- Send emails
- Browse email folders and labels
- Manage labels
- View calendars and events
- Check attendee availability
- Create calendar events
- Search contacts

Step 4: Connect Your Titan Account
- Locate Titan MCP in the Connectors list.
- Click Connect next to Titan MCP.
- You will be redirected to the Titan sign-in page.
Step 5: Sign In to Your Titan Account
- Enter your Titan email address.
- Enter your Titan password.
- Click on Login.
- After signing in successfully, you will be asked to authorize access.
Step 6: Approve Access
- Review the permissions requested by Claude.
- Click Allow Access to continue.
- This allows Claude to securely access your Titan account through MCP.
Step 7: Confirm the Connection

The setup is complete when:
✅ You see the message "Connected to Titan MCP" in Claude.
✅ No authorization or connection errors are displayed.
✅ Titan MCP appears as a connected connector in Claude. You can now use Claude to access your Titan emails, calendars, and contacts through Titan MCP.

If you are using a shared/common Claude account, avoid connecting your Titan mailbox through MCP. Your Titan login session may remain available across shared Claude instances, which can allow other shared users to access your mailbox.

Using Titan MCP with Claude
Once Titan MCP is connected, you can use natural language prompts in Claude to interact with your Titan mailbox, calendar, and contacts.
How to enter a prompt in Claude
- Open claude.ai and sign in to your account.
- Start a New Chat from the left sidebar.
- Make sure Titan MCP is connected — you should see it listed under your active connectors.
If it's not connected yet, follow the Setup Titan MCP with Claude steps above, then come back here to continue.
- Click inside the message box at the bottom of the screen.
- Type your prompt in plain English — just describe what you want to do, as if you're asking a person.
- Press Enter or click the Send button.
- Claude will process your request and use Titan MCP to fetch or perform the action from your Titan account.

Remove Titan MCP from Claude
You can either disconnect Titan MCP temporarily or remove it completely from Claude.
Open the Titan MCP Connector
- Open Claude and sign in to your account.
- Click Customize from the menu on the left.
- Select Connectors.
- Click Titan MCP from the list of connected connectors.
Option 1: Disconnect Titan MCP
If you only want to stop Claude from accessing your Titan account for now, use Disconnect.
- Click Disconnect in the top-right corner.
- Confirm the action if prompted.

Option 2: Remove Titan MCP Completely
If you no longer want Titan MCP to appear in Claude, you can remove the connector completely.
- Click the ⋮ (three-dot menu) in the top-right corner.
- Select Remove.
- Confirm the action.

Setup Titan MCP with ChatGPT
Step 1: Enable Developer Mode in ChatGPT
- Open ChatGPT and sign in to your account.
- Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- From the Settings menu, click on Apps.
- Click on Advanced Settings.
- Turn on Developer Mode.
Step 2: Configure the Titan MCP App
- Once Developer Mode has been enabled, click on Create App to start configuring Titan MCP.
- After clicking Create App, the Create App window will open.
- In the Name field, enter:
Titan MCP - Under connection, in the MCP Server URL field, enter:

⚠️Important: If your Titan account is managed through Blacknight, MonoVM, DomainDiscount24, Fluccs, or Domain Central, use the following MCP Server URL instead: https://api-euc1.titan.email/mcp
- Locate the Advanced OAuth settings section.
- Click on the Advanced OAuth settings panel to expand it.
- Under OAuth advanced settings, locate the OAuth Client ID field.
- In the OAuth advanced settings field, enter:
chatgpt - Select the "I understand and want to continue" checkbox to acknowledge the security warning and confirm that you trust the Titan MCP server.
- Once the checkbox is enabled, click Create to add the Titan MCP connector to ChatGPT.
Step 3: Authorize Titan Account
After clicking Create, ChatGPT will open the Add Titan MCP to ChatGPT authorization screen.
Click Sign in with Titan MCP to begin the authentication process.
A new browser tab will open and redirect you to the Titan Login page.
Enter your Titan email address and password, then click Login to continue.
After logging in, review the requested permissions and click Approve to authorize the connection and continue.
Once the authorization is successful, you will be redirected back to ChatGPT. The Titan MCP app will now appear in your Apps list and be ready to use.
Using Titan MCP with ChatGPT
Once Titan MCP is connected, you can use natural language prompts in ChatGPT to interact with your Titan mailbox, calendar, and contacts.
How to enter a prompt in ChatGPT
- Open chatgpt.com and sign in to your account.
- Start a New Chat from the left sidebar.
- To confirm Titan MCP is connected, click your profile picture at the bottom-left corner, then click Settings. In the Settings window, select Apps from the left menu — you should see Titan MCP listed under Enabled apps.
If it doesn't appear, follow the Setup Titan MCP with ChatGPT steps above to add and connect it, then come back here to continue. - Click inside the message box at the bottom of the screen.
- Type your prompt in plain English — describe what you want to do with your email, calendar, or contacts.
- Press Enter or click the Send button.
- ChatGPT will use Titan MCP to access your Titan account and complete the request
