Your Data & Privacy at Titan AI
At Titan AI, your data is yours. We've designed our AI features to be useful without compromising your privacy or control.
- Titan AI only processes the content needed to fulfill your request. Nothing more is read, stored, or analyzed beyond what's required to give you a response.
- Your data is not used to train AI models by default. Your prompts, files, and conversations are never used to train Titan AI or any underlying model.
- You're in control. Supported AI features can be turned on or off anytime from your settings.
- Powered by OpenAI's business APIs. Titan uses OpenAI enterprise APIs to deliver AI-driven features and responses. OpenAI's API platform does not use customer data to train its models. You can review their policy directly in the OpenAI API data controls documentation
How to turn off Titan AI features
Follow these steps from your webmail:
- Go to Settings → Preferences
- Open the Titan AI section
- You will see a list of available AI features:
- Smart Write Compose
- AI Reply
- AI Refine
- AI Summary
- Toggle OFF the feature you want to disable
- Click Turn off in the confirmation pop-up
Once confirmed, the feature will be turned off immediately.
What happens after you turn off a feature?
Disabling a feature removes it from your email interface:
- Smart Write Compose: AI writing assistance is removed from the compose window
- AI Reply: Quick AI reply suggestions will no longer appear
- AI Refine: Options to improve tone and clarity will be removed
- AI Summary: Email summaries will no longer be shown
If all AI features are turned off, Titan AI options will no longer appear in your mailbox.
Can I turn the feature back on?
Yes, you can re-enable features anytime:
- Go to Settings → Titan AI
- Toggle the feature ON
The feature will be available again immediately.
